  • The employee must have been one of the candidate choices provided by The MBJ Group.
  • Your company and the candidate must have completed the monthly follow-up inquiries.
  • The employee must have successfully completed any pre-employment screening and interview questions.
  • The employee must have been the most qualified, lowest risk (as determined by The MBJ Group, PBC) candidate.
  • If eligible, you must have applied for and obtained federal bonding for the employee.
