Your company profile page is a free tool to showcase your business to job seekers. With your profile page you can not only introduce your business to job seekers but give them an overview of your hiring process and the types of positions your company fills.

The majority of our job seekers have criminal records ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Your company profile page enables you to give job seekers an idea of the types of convictions you may consider in the hiring process. This level of clarity saves time in your hiring process and reduces frustration from job seekers.

How do I create a company profile?

There are two ways to get started creating a company profile page. You can create a free company profile page or if you plan on posting jobs you will automatically have a company profile page created as well.

How much does it cost to create a company profile?

Company profile pages are completely free to create.

Who can see my company profile?

Your company profile page will be included on our Second Chance Jobs For Felons website. This site is open to the public and anyone visiting the site may find your company profile.

Can I post jobs to my company profile?

If you selected a paid job posting plan any jobs you post will automatically be included on your company profile.

What if we have multiple locations/offices?

Once you have created your initial profile page you can login to your account and add additional locations through your dashboard.

What if our company only hires individuals with certain convictions?

Your profile page will allow you to provide an overview of your hiring process. This may include the types of convictions, time since release, and total number of convictions an individual may have to be considered for positions within your company.

What if we have different hiring criteria for different positions?

The primary purpose of your profile is to provide job seekers with a general idea about your company and hiring process. You should, however, note in the additional hiring requirements section that criteria may vary by position. In addition, we also include a disclaimer on all company pages to notify job seekers that hiring decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and that the information provided on the page is only a basic overview.

Will job seekers contact me directly?

Job seekers may occasionally contact you directly to learn more about your company or specific job openings within your organization.
